Effective February 1, 2012, Tim Syth is the new Director of Bucketworks.

It's been an honor to support the growth of the Milwaukee community for the last 10 years. I've searched for a new leader to take on this program for a long time, and I'm happy to have found Tim. He's a strong leader with both the vision and skill to take Bucketworks to the next level, and I'm excited to support him in this new role.

Meanwhile, I plan to focus my efforts on the School Factory, the 501(c)3 parent of Bucketworks, and of other spaces like Bucketworks around the nation and the world. In addition, I'll be focusing more on the for-profit arm of our social enterprise, the Bucket Brigade, which helps organizations become more collaborative and democratic using social technology.

Going from three jobs to two will make me more responsive and help me focus my efforts more deeply. I'm so happy!
